Terms

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any project we carry out for you, that is covered by the separate written agreement we sign with each client.

Who we are

This site is operated by Webtree, an independent digital studio based in Athens, Greece. Contact: info@webtree.gr. Registered details: Panagiotis Grigoropoulos - WEBTREE, Makedonias 0, Koropi 19400, Greece. VAT (ΑΦΜ): 131803970.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse, read and share this site. You agree not to use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it, disrupt its operation, or extract its content by automated means for the purpose of republishing it.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the design, text, code, graphics and other content on this site belong to Webtree or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish substantial parts of it without our written consent. Quoting a short passage with a link back to the source is fine.

Client work shown here

Case studies and project images are published as portfolio material. Client names, logos and trade marks shown remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify the work, not to imply any endorsement of Webtree by those clients beyond the work described.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current as far as is reasonable, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Content, including descriptions of our services, may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and nothing here constitutes professional advice you should rely on without speaking to us first.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract between us and does not oblige us to take on your project. A project begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
